Where did everything move in the new Sophiie dashboard?

The Sophiie dashboard got a new layout in August 2026. Nothing of yours is gone — sections were renamed and regrouped: the Inbox is now Inquiries, the Customers tab is now Contacts, and everything you used to set up under Train Sophiie now lives under Settings.

The new sidebar

The left sidebar has HQ at the top, then a Manage group — Jobs, Inquiries, Contacts, Quotes and Invoices — with Settings at the bottom. You may see fewer of these depending on your access level. The rail expands when you hover over it.

  • HQ is your new home page — it's where you land when you open the dashboard, and where you talk to Sophiie Assistant (see "What is HQ, my Sophiie home page?").
  • Tasks — work Sophiie queues for you to review — isn't in the sidebar. Open it from the Tasks panel on HQ (see "What are Tasks and how do I approve messages Sophiie drafts?").
  • Sophiie Assistant is available from a dock on every page, not just HQ.

Most old Train Sophiie links take you to the matching page in Settings, and old Schedule links take you to Jobs. A few retired pages take you to the Settings home page instead — use the table above to find them. One to know: old business-details links open Business profile; Hours is a separate page beside it.

Common Questions

Where did the Inbox go?

It's called Inquiries now — same place in the sidebar, same enquiries, new name. Everything that used to land in the Inbox lands there.

Where is Train Sophiie?

That section is retired. What lived there — products, services, FAQs, scenarios, voice and personality — is now under Settings (see the table above). Old Train Sophiie bookmarks take you to the matching page in Settings, except for a few retired pages, which take you to the Settings home page.

Where's my calendar?

At Jobs → Schedule. Old bookmarks to Schedule, Appointments or Calendar all redirect to the Jobs page.

Where do I find my bills for Sophiie?

Settings → Workspace → Billing — your Sophiie subscription invoices live there.
