Where are my invoices?

Where to find your Stripe invoices and billing information for your subscription of Sophiie AI

To find your invoices and manage your billing login to your Sophiie Dashboard.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. If you are on a Pro or Enterprise plan you invoices will be listed on this page. If you have a free account you will be asked to upgrade your account to Pro or Enterprise to get full access to Sophiie's features.

  3. On the Billing page you will see the Plan you are on, the Next billing date and Invoice History.

  4. To download your invoice, find the invoice you wish to download and choose the arrow. This will open your invoice in a new tab where you can choose to download the invoice by selecting the "Download Invoice" button.

  5. You can monitor the status of your account and if any monthly payments are overdue or unpaid.

  6. You can also manage your subscription by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button. Once open you can update your card details and billing information.
