What is HQ, my Sophiie home page?

HQ is your Sophiie home page — the first page you land on when you open the dashboard, and the top item in the left sidebar. It's where you talk to Sophiie and see what needs your attention today.

What's on the page

• A greeting and the Sophiie orb — the animated orb is Sophiie herself, front and centre.
• The Sophiie Assistant composer — type a question or request to Sophiie right from your home page, or use the quick-action pills under it to start a common request. See "How do I use Sophiie Assistant?" for everything the composer can do, including voice mode and photo attachments.
• The Tasks panel — work Sophiie has queued for you to check. It shows the same items as your Tasks board, except finished ones; completed tasks stay on the Tasks board. Clicking through takes you to the Tasks board (see "What are Tasks and how do I approve messages Sophiie drafts?").
• The Today's jobs panel — your jobs scheduled for today. Your full calendar lives at Jobs → Schedule.

Common Questions

How do I get back to HQ?

Click HQ in the left sidebar — it's also where the dashboard drops you each time you open it.

Can I ask Sophiie for help from other pages?

Yes — Sophiie Assistant is available from a dock on every page of the dashboard, so you don't need to come back to HQ to talk to her.

Why is my Tasks panel empty?

If the panel shows "Nothing needs your attention right now", nothing is waiting on you — new items appear when Sophiie has something for you to review. If you can't see the Tasks panel at all, your access level may not include Tasks — ask your account owner.
