What does "Unanalysed" mean in my call logs?

Unanalysed is one of the views in your call logs at Settings → Workspace → Call logs — it lists calls Sophiie logged but never created an inquiry from, either because the caller never really said anything or because it was an unsolicited sales call. An unanalysed call isn't lost — it's still right there in your logs.

Each call also carries its own status. Analysing means Sophiie is still processing it. Not captured means she finished and didn't create an inquiry. Analysed means an inquiry was created. A call can read Not captured for a few minutes and then finish, so check again later if you're unsure.

Finding your unanalysed calls

  1. Go to Settings → Workspace → Call logs. The page opens on All calls.
  2. Switch to the Unanalysed view. All calls shows everything, and Analysed shows the rest.
  3. Narrow the list down with search and the filters on the page.

For the full tour of the call logs page, see "How do I search and review my call logs?".

Common Questions

Why was my call left unanalysed?

Two common reasons. Either the caller never really said anything — the call was empty, the caller hung up straight away, or the line held only silence, background noise, a filler word or a bare hello with nothing after it (a transfer to voicemail with no message left counts here too). Or the call was an unsolicited sales, marketing or telemarketing call — somebody trying to sell something to your business, a cold pitch, or a robocall.

Sophiie deliberately leans towards treating a call as real: a short message left for a staff member, a caller returning your missed call, and a caller asking about work you don't do are all analysed. One case is different — if the caller's number is withheld and they never give a phone number or an email address, Sophiie has no way to save the contact, so the call stays in Unanalysed.

A call can also sit in Unanalysed for a short time while Sophiie is still processing it, or if the processing didn't finish. There's no time limit, quota or plan condition involved.

Does "Unanalysed" mean the call failed or wasn't answered?

No. Sophiie answered it and it's logged in full — the only thing that didn't happen is that no inquiry was created from it, because the caller left no real content or it was a sales call.

Can I still see the details of an unanalysed call?

Yes — open it and you'll see the call's details, plus (if you use integrations or the API) the data sent to your other systems. The call logs page doesn't show a transcript or recording, for unanalysed calls or any others — recordings of analysed calls live on the conversation in Inquiries.
