Inbox - 5 incoming channels of communication

We have 5 channels that feed into Sophiie that will show in your inbox as communications

Communications that Sophiie can receive are from incoming calls, text to her dedicated number, email if you have your email linked, chatbot if installed on your website and the webform.

When a customer has used one of these channels, an icon for that channel will appear on their profile. 

Each caller's profile can show up to five different communication channels.

Within the inbox it will indicate which communication channel was used to contact Sophiie such as call, sms, chatbot, email, webform.  With this channel tagging it will also label it with a number to let you know for example if they have called two times or called once nad emailed once.
