How to view a customer profile card

This guide will walk you through the process of viewing a customer profile, providing a quick overview of their activity, and making quick edits to their information.

Step 1: Access the Customer Profile

  • To begin, click on the customer's profile from the list of callers in your inbox.

Step 2: Navigate to the Customer Overview

  • Once you are on the customer's profile page, locate the View Customer option in the top right corner, which is next to the "set a reminder" button.
  • Click on View Customer to access the quick overview page.

Step 3: Understand the Quick Overview

The quick overview page provides a summary of the customer's interactions and upcoming activities. This page includes the following sections:


  • Activity Summary: This shows the activity the customer has had with both your team and with "Sophie".
  • Last Contacted: The date the customer was last contacted.
  • Most Recent Job: The customer's most recent job.
  • Next Scheduled Job: The customer's next scheduled job.
  • Communication History: This section shows all past communications. You can click on View all communications to see more.
  • Activity History: Below the communication history, you can view the customer's full activity history. This will show details like if an SMS was sent or other actions taken during a call.

Step 4: Edit Contact Information

  • On the same page, you have the ability to make quick edits to the customer's contact information. You can edit the following fields:
    • Business name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Address

Step 5: Add a Customer Tag

  • You can also add a customer tag to the profile. This is useful for quickly identifying the customer's status.
  • Examples of tags you can add include supplier or VIP customer.
  • Once a tag is added, it will appear in your inbox, allowing you and your team to quickly identify the customer's status just by viewing the tag.
