How to Select Your AI Personality & Voice in Sophiie
You can customise how Sophiie sounds and behaves by choosing her personality and voice. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open the Personality & Voice Settings
- Log in to dashboard
- Click Train Sophiie
- Select Voice & Personality
Step 2: Select Voice
- There are several voices to choose from. Use the Play button to listen to each of the voices to hear how they sound.
- Click on select voice to choose the voice you want to use.
- The button will turn blue and say “Selected” so you can tell which voice you are now using for your Agent.
Step 3: Agent Name
You will find your current agent name listed here. You can change your agent name by paying an additional fee.
Step 4: Choose AI Agent Personality
Select from personality styles such as Friendly Mate, Professional Assistant or Empathetic Listener.
Choose a personality that aligns with your brand and audience.
- Use the Play button to listen to each of the personalities to hear how they sound.
- Click on select personality to choose the personality you want to use.
- The button will turn blue and say “Selected” so you can tell which personality you are now using for your Agent.
Step 5: Enable Agent Memory
When enabled, Sophiie will remember past callers and use the last 3 interactions to respond more personally.
Important: This feature may not work correctly if you're using a dialer or VoIP service that masks the original caller's phone number. Please ensure your phone system preserves the actual customer phone numbers before enabling.
Step 6: Profanity Filter
- Enable the profanity filter to prevent Sophiie from using or repeating inappropriate or offensive language in responses. This helps protect your brand and keep conversations professional.
- The toggle will be blue when the profanity filter is enabled. Stopping Sophiie from using Profanity with your callers.
