How to Edit a Customer from the Profile Card overview

This guide will walk you through the process of updating a customer's information to ensure all details are accurate for your team.

Step 1: Locate the "Edit Customer" Option


  • To find the "Edit Customer" button, go to the left-hand menu of the customer's profile.
  • The three dots icon is located above the customer's name and to the right of the "back to customers" button.
  • Click on the three dots.

Step 2: Access the Edit Form


  • A drop-down menu will appear. Click on Edit Customer.

Step 3: Edit Customer Information


From this form, you can edit various details about the customer:


  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Suburb: You can edit their suburb (e.g., Fortitude Valley).
  • Mobile Number
  • Business Name
  • Email
  • Instagram
  • Facebook

Step 4: Update the Address


  • You can also search for the customer's exact address.
  • As you type, all matching addresses in Australia will populate.
  • Select the correct address from the list to ensure your team has the exact address for scheduling.

Step 5: Save Your Changes


  • Once you have made the necessary edits, click on Update Customer to save the changes.
