How to Add Tags in Sophiie

Tags help you organise and categorise calls. Follow the steps below to add your own custom tags.

Step 1: Open the Tags Section

  1. Log into Sophiie Dashboard

  2. Go to Train Sophiie

  3. Select Tags

Tag Types:

  • Customer Tags:  used to organise your customers such as VIP, residential, commercial.
  • Inquiry Tags: Pre-built tags for inquiries other than service or scenario’s
  • Auto-generated Tags: these tags are created by Sophiie when services and scenario’s are created

Step 2: Create a new Tag of any type

  1. Click Add Tag or +.
  2. Enter Tag Name
  3. Enter a short, meaningful description of what the tag represents.
  4. Pick a colour to organise tags visually.

Step 3: Save

Click Save.
