How to Add Policies & Procedures in Sophiie
Adding your policies and procedures helps Sophiie give accurate, consistent information when customers ask about your processes.
Step 1: Open the Policies & Procedures Section
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click Train Sophiie
- Select Policies & Procedures
Step 2: Create a New Policy
- Click + Add Policy button
- A new blank entry will appear
Step 3: Enter the Policy Title
Type the name of the policy or procedure. Keep it short and descriptive. Sophiie will use the title to help identify the correct policy to reference with a caller.
Step 4: Add the Policy Details
Enter the full description using clear, simple wording.
Note: Only enter information in your policy and procedures that you want Sophiie to be able to speak about with your caller. If you enter full terms and conditions she will read the full document. Keep the information simple, relevant and succinct.
Step 5: Save Your Policy
Click Save to make the policy active.
