How to Add FAQs in Sophiie 

Adding FAQs helps Sophiie answer common customer questions quickly and accurately. Follow these steps to add a new FAQ.

Step 1: Open the FAQ Section

  1. Log in to your Sophiie Dashboard

  2. Click Train Sophiie

  3. Select FAQ

Step 2: Add a New FAQ

  1. Click + Add FAQ button

  2. A new FAQ entry row will appear

Step 3: Enter the Question

  1. Type the question customers typically ask

  2. Keep it short and easy to understand.  Enter the question the way a caller would be most likely to ask.

Step 4: Enter the Answer

  1. Write the answer Sophiie should give callers or use the Generate response to allow Sophiie to help you with the answer.

  2. Use clear, simple language

Step 5: Save Your FAQ

  1. Click Save

  2. Your FAQ is immediately active

Q. Do changes update instantly?

Yes — the new FAQ is used immediately after saving.

Q. Can I add unlimited FAQs?

Yes.

Q. Can I edit or delete an FAQ later?

Yes — simply click into the FAQ to update it or remove it.

Q. Do I add an FAQ if it's answered in another area of Train Sophiie?

No - try to not duplicate information in Sophiie training.  This can cause wrong information being given by Sophiie if only one area is outdated.
