How to Add Background Audio in Sophiie
Background audio helps create a more polished and engaging caller experience. Follow the steps below to select your preferred audio.
Step 1: Open the Background Audio Section
- Log in to dashboard
- Click Train Sophiie
- Select Background Audio
Step 2: Adding Background Ambience
If enabled (toggled on) you can choose an Ambience Type such as office or restaurant. By choosing an ambience type, you are choosing to have this background sound during calls Sophiie has with customers.
Click the play button to listen to each audio track.
Move along the line up and down to adjust volume for the background sound you chose.
Step 3: Processing Sounds
Toggle on if you want to use the thinking sound. This is a typing sound that plays when Sophiie is having a phone conversation making it feel like Sophiie is taking notes during the call.

Move along the line up and down to adjust volume for the processing sound.
Step 4: Save
Click Save to activate your chosen background audio.
