How to Add a Business Location in Sophiie

Adding your business location helps Sophiie provide accurate address information to callers. Follow the steps below to add or update your location.

Step 1: Open the Location Section

  1. Log in to your dashboard

  2. Click Train Sophiie

  3. Select Location

Step 2: Select a New Location Type

  1. Choose the location type that best suits your business:
    • Fixed Location - a fixed address where a customer can come to visit
    • Mobile Business - used when you go out to customer homes and businesses
    • Remote/Online Business - when you conduct business online or do not require to give your address out to the caller for any reason.
  2. Once selected a new screen with information to enter will appear.

Fixed Location

  1. Enter your full business address, including Street, Suburb, State, Postcode
  2. Add a nearby landmark or building if your business location is hard to find.

Mobile Business

  1. Enter your base location - Enter the primary address where your business is located 
  2. Travel Radius (km) - Add a travel radius if you have a business that only travels a certain distance from your base location. Enter the maximum distance you are willing to travel.
  3. Service Area - List the specific areas you service (one per line). Can be regions, towns or suburbs
  4. Exceptions - List any areas within your radius that you don't service (one per line). Can be regions, towns or suburbs you do not service.

Remote/Online Business

No settings required.


Step 5: Save the Location

Click Save to apply your updates.
