How do I see who changed a setting in my account?

The audit log at Settings → Workspace → Audit log records account events and who did each one: sign-ins, team invites sent and accepted, ownership changes, sessions opened with Sophiie Assistant and the work it did, sessions opened by Sophiie Support, and attempts to do something the person wasn't allowed to do. It doesn't record changes to your individual settings, so it can't yet tell you who changed a setting.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Workspace → Audit log. Search for a person or a record by name, then narrow the list with the filter pills and the Area, Outcome and date filters. Click a row to open its full detail, or select Export CSV to download what you're looking at.
  2. Look down the list to find the event you're wondering about.
  3. Use the filter pills to narrow the list — All, User, Agent, System or Lead. Most entries are recorded against the person who was signed in, so User shows nearly everything. System shows work done by Sophiie Support or by a connected app. Agent and Lead aren't used yet and return nothing.

I asked Sophiie (Sophiie Assistant) to change something — is that recorded?

Partly. Asking Sophiie Assistant to change something records that you started a session with her, under your own name. The change she then makes isn't recorded separately.

Someone changed a setting they shouldn't touch — what now?

The audit log can't tell you who changed a setting. Change the setting back at its own page, then tighten that person's access on the Access tab of their row at Settings → Business → Team — see "How do I add a team member in Sophiie?".

A setting changed and I don't know who did it — what do I do?

Raise it with Sophiie Assistant in your dashboard so she can look into it. Don't just change the setting back and forget it — if you didn't make the change and neither did your team, it's worth getting to the bottom of.
