How do I search and review my call logs?
Every inbound call Sophiie answers is listed at Settings → Workspace → Call logs — to see outbound calls as well, change the Direction filter. You can search the list by caller, filter it by direction, outcome and date, and open any call for its details, including the data sent to your other systems.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Workspace → Call logs.
- Use the search to find a call by the caller's name or phone number.
- Narrow the list with the filters — call direction, outcome, and date.
- The list starts on All calls — switch to Analysed or Unanalysed to narrow it, and each view shows how many calls it holds. (More on what these mean in "What does 'Unanalysed' mean in my call logs?".)
- Open a call to review its details. If you use integrations or the API, the call's integration request and response data is a section in the call detail, below the call information — handy when you're chasing why something didn't reach your other systems.
Common Questions
What's the difference between Call logs and Inquiries?
Inquiries is for the conversation itself — the summary, what was said, the recording, what Sophiie did about it, and the customer. Settings → Workspace → Call logs is the technical record of every inbound call, with the times, the outcome, and the data sent to your other systems. For the customer-facing view, see "Where do I find a customer's call details, summary and recording?".
Why does a call have no recording?
Call audio is only kept when callers are told they're being recorded. If your custom greeting doesn't mention recording, the call is stored with no audio. The default and AI-generated greetings are treated as disclosed, and the Greetings page warns you if your own wording is missing it. Some accounts are also set to always record, whatever the greeting says — if you're unsure which applies to you, ask Sophiie Assistant in your dashboard.
What does Unanalysed mean?
Some calls sit under the Unanalysed view — see "What does 'Unanalysed' mean in my call logs?" for the detail. Open a call to see where it got to: Analysing means Sophiie is still working on it and it'll finish by itself, so give it a few minutes; Not captured or Analysis failed means nothing was recorded from the call. You can't re-run the analysis yourself, so if a call looks wrong, ask Sophiie Assistant in your dashboard.
