How do I log in to my Sophiie dashboard?

Go to app.sophiie.ai, enter your email address, and you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) code to your email. Enter that code to log in — no password needed.

Step-by-Step Login

  1. Open your browser and go to app.sophiie.ai
  2. Enter the email address you signed up with
  3. Check your email for the OTP code
  4. Enter the code on the login screen
  5. You're in

Logging In with Your Phone Number

If you have a phone number on your account, you can also log in using that instead of your email. On the login screen, choose the phone number option, enter your number, and you'll receive an OTP code via SMS. This is a good alternative if the email OTP isn't coming through.

I'm Not Receiving the OTP Code

If the one-time password isn't arriving:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder — the email sometimes ends up there
  2. Wait a minute and try again — there can be a short delay
  3. Make sure you're using the right email — the OTP is sent to the email address you registered with
  4. Try logging in with your phone number instead — if you have one on your account, you can receive the OTP via SMS
  5. Try a different browser — occasionally browser extensions can interfere

User Roles & Permissions

Sophiie has two user roles: Admin and User.

  • Admin — Can edit all information in the dashboard, including Train Sophiie settings, team members, integrations, and billing.
  • User — Can view the dashboard and inbox but cannot edit training information or settings.

To set a team member's role: Go to Train Sophiie > Staff & Departments, open the team member's profile, and set whether they are a User or Admin. You can also control which dashboard tabs they can see from this screen.

Manage Billing / Stripe Redirect Not Working

If you click Manage Billing and it says it's redirecting to Stripe but nothing happens:

  1. Clear your browser cache — old data can block the redirect
  2. Try a different browser — Safari, Chrome, or Firefox
  3. Disable any ad blockers — they can sometimes block Stripe redirects

If it's still not loading, let us know and we can send you a direct link to your billing portal.

Using Your Inbox

Your Sophiie dashboard has an Inbox where all calls and messages are logged. You can:

  • Filter calls by date, type, or status
  • Mark calls as actioned to keep track of what you've dealt with
  • Report a call if something went wrong (click the three dots on a call card > Report Call)

Common Questions

Can I change the email address linked to my account?

Yes, you can update your email address from your account settings in the dashboard. If you need to change the admin email on your account, contact our team. We try not to change the admin email as it keeps everything synced, but we can do it if needed. If you have a spare seat on your plan, you can also use that as a workaround — add a new user with the new email, then adjust roles as needed.

Can multiple people in my team log in?

Your Pro Plan includes 3 seats, so up to 3 people can log in to your account. If you need more, additional seats are available for purchase — let us know and our team can help with that.

I've forgotten which email I used to sign up
