How do I control who can request a call back from my website?

At Settings → Inquiries → Web → Lead follow-up you can restrict who can request a call back through the call-back button on your website: allow or block whole countries, allow or block dial codes, and block specific numbers. The page itself is always there — switch Calls from your website on first, and the Call restrictions section appears once it is.

The call-back button is included on every paid plan — Starter, Pro, Max and Enterprise. It isn't included on the Free plan; if you're on Free, Starter is the cheapest plan that unlocks it.

Why these restrictions exist

The call-back button on your website is public — anyone can enter any phone number and ask for a call. When someone taps it, Sophiie rings the number they entered, so these restrictions make sure she only rings numbers you'd actually want called — not a random overseas number or one a prankster keeps entering.

The three controls

Under Call restrictions you can limit who can request a call:

  1. Countries — allow or block call backs by country.
  2. Dial codes — allow or block by dialling code (for example, +61 for Australia).
  3. Blocked numbers — specific numbers Sophiie will never call.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Inquiries → Web → Lead follow-up.
  2. Set your country or dial-code rules — if you only serve Australian customers, restrict call backs to Australia.
  3. Add any specific numbers you want blocked.

Common Questions

Someone keeps entering a fake or prank number — what do I do?

Add that number to blocked numbers — Sophiie won't call it again.

I only work locally — can I stop overseas call backs?

Yes — use the country or dial-code rules to limit call backs to Australia (or wherever you operate).

Do these restrictions affect Sophiie answering my phone?

No — they only cover the call backs Sophiie makes to people who tap the call-back button on your website. Calls coming in to your business aren't affected.
