Customers Tab

This guide will walk you through the process of navigating the customers tab, understanding the information displayed, and performing basic actions on a customer profile.

Step 1: Locate the Customers Tab

  • To find the customers tab, navigate to the blue paneled menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Click on Customers.

Step 2: Understand the Customer Overview

  • Once you are in the customers tab, you will see a quick overview of all the customers who have had communication with Sophiie via call, sms, email, webform, or chatbot.
  • The table provides the following information for each customer:  Customer name, email, phone, tags assigned, last interaction and last inquiry tag status.

Step 3: Access Customer Actions

  • To perform actions on a specific customer, you can click on the three dots icon next to their entry.
  • A menu will appear with the following options:
    • View the customer
    • Edit the customer
    • Delete the customer from your database
