Choosing My Sophiie Voice and Personality
Customize the personality and voice of your Sophiie digital assistant, ensuring it matches your brand's tone and style.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log In to Your Sophiie Dashboard
If you're not already logged in, enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
Navigate to Train Sophiie
On the left-hand menu, find and click on "Train Sophiie"
Access the Voice and Personality Section
Within the Train Sophiie menu, scroll down to the "Sophiie" section.
Click on "Voice & Personality"
Choose Your Sophiie Voice
You'll see a selection of voices: three female voices and two male voices.
Each voice is labeled with characteristics, such as "English, Australian, Female, Conversational."
Click the play button next to each voice to hear a sample.
Select Your Preferred Voice
Once you've chosen the voice that best fits your needs, click the "Select Voice" button on the right-hand side.
The button will turn blue and show that the voice is selected.
Note : If you change from a female voice to a male voice, remember to update your greetings and closings or use Variable "Agent Name" in your greetings and closing.
Choose your Agent Personality
Choose how your AI agent sounds when interacting. This controls tone and style — voice selection remains separate.
You’ll see three personalities, such as “Friendly Mate”, “Professional Assistant”, “Empathetic Listener”
Each personality type lists some traits for each and some example phrases to help you decide.
Select your Agent Personality
Once you've chosen the voice that best fits your needs, click the "Select Personality" button on the right-hand side.
The button will turn blue and show that the personality is selected.
Note: If you want to adjust the voice further, such as making it slower, faster, or warmer, you can do so by adjusting Temperature and Interruption Threshold.
Profanity Filter
Click the toggle so it turns blue to enable the profanity filter.
Prevent Sophiie from using or repeating inappropriate or offensive language in responses. This helps protect your brand and keep conversations professional.

A: Yes, you can change the voice whenever you like by following the steps to select a new voice in the Personality and Voice section.

A: No, changing the voice will not affect the content of the responses. It only changes the way the responses sound. If you want to update the wording, you can do that separately in the settings.

A: If you switch from a female voice to a male voice (or vice versa), make sure to update your greetings and closings to reflect the new voice. For instance, if your greeting includes the name "Sophiie," you may want to change it to a name that matches the new voice.
