Can I pause my Sophiie subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription directly from your dashboard.
Steps
- Log in to your dashboard at app.sophiie.ai.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Select Pause Subscription.
You can pause for up to 2 months in one go. You won't be charged during the pause period.
What happens while paused
- Your entire configuration is preserved — services, team members, greetings, everything stays as you left it.
- You cannot access your Inbox while paused.
- When your subscription restarts, everything will be exactly as you left it.
